Cancelling a client's AccountRight company file subscription

If you've received an email from MYOB announcing the end of the additional data file discount for subscriptions your practice pays, and you want to cancel a subscription for an AccountRight company file, this help topic explains how.

Before you cancel a company file...

You’ll need to request your cancellation by submitting a support request form through MYOB Practice. When you request a cancellation, you'll get a confirmation email, and we'll get back to you with a response as soon as we can. Please note that we require 10 calendar days' notice before your next billing date to process your cancellation (please refer to the AccountRight Terms of Use).
