MYOB Assist app and AccountRight users
If you've been invited to use the MYOB Assist app and are receiving the error message 'Account set up incomplete', this is because your user access hasn't been set up for online company file access.
To link your user ID
Sign in to AccountRight browser at app.myob.com
In the Link a User ID to your MYOB account page:
(If required) Enter the Administrator password.
If your business has set a password for Administrator access, you may need to get this from the person who invited you to the file.
Click Link User ID and open file. This opens AccountRight browser.
On your phone, you should now be able to sign in to MYOB Assist using your MYOB email and password.
Why does this error occur?
When you're invited to work on an online AccountRight company file from the AccountRight desktop app, there is an option to Create an online MYOB login for this user:

This option links your user name to your MYOB account. It simplifies the sign-in process as it means you don't have to enter additional details when signing in. If this option is unticked after you've accepted the invitation, the link is broken, and you must sign in with a username (like Administrator).
When users sign in this way, you may be listed as Administrator1, Administrator2, and so on, on the Users page.

You can easily edit your name if you want.
