Since January 2020, Microsoft and MYOB ended support for Windows 7 operating system.
We recommend that you update to Windows 10 as soon as possible. MYOB is limited in the amount of help we can offer on unsupported Windows versions.

Apart from the security implications of using an unsupported version of Windows, you also won't be able to use the latest AccountRight version.
AccountRight 2020.3 and older versions will install on Windows 7, but it isn't recommended.
