If you can't sign in to your MYOB account, here are some things you can try to get back up and running.
I have an issue with 2FA
If you:
have set up a passkey, sign in with that (after you enter your email address, click Sign in with passkey).
have set up additional 2FA methods, click Try another method when prompted for a 2FA code and choose another method.
have a recovery code, you can use this to complete your sign in – see Using your recovery code
I have an issue with a passkey
If you have multiple passkeys, sign in with a different passkey.
Sign in with your password and complete a 2FA check.
If you want, once you’re signed in, you can go to My Account and remove the passkey you can't access or add a new one.
My issue is something else
If you need to change your password or security settings (and can sign in), you can do this in My Account (without having to contact MYOB support) – see Manage your security in My Account.
If you're getting a 2FA error, or you haven't received your 2FA email code, see Getting help with two-factor authentication.
How to avoid losing access again
For the best protection against being locked out of your MYOB account, set up multiple passkeys:
on different devices, like your laptop and phone
in a cross-platform password manager, like 1Password
in an account-based password manager, like ICloud Keychain or Google Password Manager.
That way, you can sign in to your account if you lose access to a device. Setting up multiple 2FA methods, like app 2FA for your primary 2FA method with SMS 2FA as a backup, can you give you additional sign-in options.
I’m still stuck
If you don't have any of the above recovery options, or they don’t work, ask MOCA, our virtual assistant, for help from any help page. If MOCA can't help, you'll be guided to our other support options, and our team will get you back up and running.
