The $50 Solo Money Offer is offered by MYOB in conjunction with Great Southern Bank, which will pay the AUD $50 Cash Benefit into an Eligible Customer's Solo Money account, subject to these Terms and Conditions.
1. Who is eligible for the Offer? This Offer is available to new MYOB customers in Australia who, during the Offer Period:
sign up for a base subscription to Solo by MYOB; or keep an existing Solo by MYOB subscription active and
successfully open and set up a Solo Money account,
and who satisfy any applicable eligibility criteria, verification requirements and approval processes for a Solo Money account (Eligible Customers).
For the avoidance of doubt, opening and use of a Solo Money account is subject to separate eligibility criteria, verification requirements, approval processes and applicable product terms. Not every person who signs up to Solo by MYOB will be approved for a Solo Money account.
2. When is the Offer available?
The Offer is available from the date MYOB makes it available until 11:59pm A.E.S.T. on 31 August 2026 unless otherwise varied by MYOB;
(Offer Period).
3. What’s included in the Offer? Subject to these terms and conditions, the Offer entitles each Eligible Customer to receive a single AUD $50 cash paid into their Solo Money account (Cash Benefit).
The $50 sign-up bonus is a discretionary payment made by Great Southern Bank and may be considered assessable income for taxation purposes.
4. How to accept the Offer
An Eligible Customer can accept the Offer during the Offer Period by:
Following the instructions on the applicable MYOB offer landing page or other approved MYOB sales channel;
signing up for a base subscription to Solo by MYOB if you are a new customer; or having an existing active Solo by MYOB base subscription; and
completing or having completed the application, verification and setup process for a Solo Money account, and being approved by MYOB or the relevant provider for that account.
The Offer is only accepted once the Eligible Customer has completed all required steps above during the Offer Period and their Solo Money account has been successfully opened and set up.
5. When will the AUD$50 be paid?
Great Southern Bank will arrange for the Cash Benefit to be paid into the Eligible Customer’s Solo Money account no later than 14 days after the Eligible Customer has successfully satisfied the eligibility and acceptance requirements in these terms and conditions.
6. Conditions and Limitations on the Offer
This Offer only applies to a new or existing base subscription to Solo by MYOB and the opening and setup of a Solo Money account.
Each Eligible Customer may receive the Cash Benefit only once. Limit of one AUD $50 Cash Benefit per Eligible Customer, regardless of the number of Solo by MYOB subscriptions, Solo Money accounts, applications or registrations made by that customer.
This Offer is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash other than by payment of the Cash Benefit into the Eligible Customer’s Solo Money account in accordance with these terms.
This Offer may be available in conjunction with other offers, promotions, discounts, rebates or introductory trials relating to Solo by MYOB or Solo Money.
If an applicant does not satisfy the eligibility criteria for a Solo Money account, does not complete the required verification or setup steps, or is not approved for a Solo Money account before the Offer Period ends, they will not be eligible for the Offer.
This Offer, and any use of Solo by MYOB and Solo Money, remains subject to the applicable Solo by MYOB product terms, Solo Money account terms and any other applicable MYOB terms.
MYOB or Great Southern Bank may refuse, withhold or recover the Cash Benefit where it reasonably believes that:
the Offer has been claimed fraudulently or in breach of these terms;
the customer is not an Eligible Customer; or
the Cash Benefit was issued in error.
8. MYOB or Great Southern Bank is not responsible for any delay in issuing the Cash Benefit caused by incomplete applications, failed verification, account setup delays, technical issues or circumstances outside MYOB’s reasonable control.
General
7. Changes to or withdrawal of the Offer
We may vary, withdraw or discontinue the Offer at any time, to the extent permitted by law.
8. Consumer law
The Offer does not replace or limit any statutory rights an Eligible Customer has, including rights under applicable consumer laws.
9. Governing law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws in force in the State of Victoria, Australia. The parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Victoria, Australia.
11. Privacy
MYOB values your privacy. We may collect, use and disclose information about you for the purpose of administering this Offer. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information about how we collect, use and disclose personal information.
Definitions
Eligible Customer means a person who satisfies clause 1 of these terms and conditions.
Offer means this Solo by MYOB – $50 Solo Money Offer, which is subject to these terms and conditions.
Cash Benefit means the AUD $50 credit described in clause 3.
Offer Period has the meaning given in clause 2.
Solo Money account means the Solo Money account made available in connection with Solo by MYOB, as notified by MYOB from time to time, and is subject to separate eligibility criteria, approval requirements and applicable terms.
Solo by MYOB means the Solo by MYOB product offered by MYOB.
We, us, our or MYOB means MYOB Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 13 086 760 198) of Level 3, 168 Cremorne Street, Cremorne, Victoria 3121.
Great Southern Bank means Great Southern Bank, a business name of Credit Union Australia Ltd (ABN 44 087 650 959, AFSL and ACL 238317)
