Solo Influencer Monthly Offer Terms and Conditions (AU)

These terms dictate the Solo Influencer Monthly Offer.

Offer Details 

1. Who is eligible for the Offer?  

This Offer is available to: 

  • New and Returning MYOB Customers in Australia who purchase a subscription of Solo by MYOB (Eligible Product) during the Offer Period with an Offer Code.  

 2. When is the Offer available?   

The Offer is available from 12:00am A.E.D.T. on Monday 13th January 2025 until 11:59pm A.E.D.T. on Monday 17th February 2025 (the Offer Period). We reserve the right to modify or terminate the Offer at any time, with or without notice, at our sole discretion.  

3. What’s included in the Offer? Eligible Customers who comply with section 4 will be entitled to: 

  • $0.50 AUD (inclusive of GST) per month (Discount Price) for a base subscription of Solo by MYOB in Australia for 12 months from the date of purchase (Minimum Subscription Period), the first 14 days of which will be free (the Offer). 

Fees payable under the Offer will be charged monthly for the Minimum Subscription Period.   

4. How to accept the Offer:  An Eligible Customer can accept this Offer during the Offer Period by purchasing a subscription of the Eligible Products with an Offer Code: 

  • through our website; or 

  • by speaking with an MYOB sales agent and referencing the Offer;  

and providing any information reasonably requested by MYOB. 

 5. Conditions and Limitations on the Offer

a) This Offer only applies to base subscriptions of Solo by MYOB. You will be required to comply with additional terms of use if you elect to use Premium Features, like Tap to Pay or Online Payments. Premium Features are subject to approval and additional Fees apply. Those Fees are set out on our website and will be disclosed to you before you sign up to use any Premium Features. These terms and conditions and fees and charges apply for Tap to Pay. These terms and conditions and fees and charges apply for Online Payments. 

b) No refunds will be issued if You cancel your subscription before the Minimum Subscription Period. Upon cancellation of your subscription purchased under this Offer, you will no longer be eligible to pay the Discount Price under the Offer.  

c) This Offer is not transferable or available in conjunction with any other offer.  

d) The Offer cannot be redeemed retroactively for prior purchases. 

e) This Offer, and any use of the Eligible Products, remain subject to the Solo by MYOB Terms of Use

 6. What happens at the end of the Offer Period?  

At the end of the Discount Period, the cost of the base subscription for Solo by MYOB will automatically revert to the then-current standard full price advertised on our website, unless otherwise agreed with MYOB.   

General 

7. We may vary or discontinue the Offer at any time. We will still honour the Offer if it has been accepted by an Eligible Customer prior to the Offer being discontinued or varied.  

8. The Offer does not replace or limit the statutory rights an Eligible Customer has, including any rights they have under applicable consumer laws.  

9. If an Eligible Customer accepts this Offer on an unsolicited sales call, the Offer is subject to a 10-calendar day cooling-off period. If an Eligible Customer cancels their subscription during the cooling-off period, they will not incur any penalties and any money they paid to us for the Solo by MYOB subscription as a result of accepting the Offer will be refunded.  

10. The terms and conditions of this Offer shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws in force in the State of Victoria, Australia.  

11. MYOB values your privacy. We may collect and use information about you and for the purpose of administering this Offer. Please visit our Privacy Policy for more information about how we collect, use and disclose personal information.  

Definitions  

New and Returning MYOB Customer means a business in Australia that has: 

  • not previously had, and does not currently have, a paid MYOB subscription; or 

  • previously trialled or paid for an MYOB subscription but has not been an MYOB customer for at least 30 days prior to the date of accepting this Offer. 

Offer means this offer, which is subject to these terms and conditions.  

Offer Code means a unique code which must be entered by the Eligible Customer during the checkout process in the online shopping cart. The Offer Code, when correctly applied, enables the Eligible Customer to receive the Offer on their purchase. If the Offer Code is not entered at the time of checkout, the discount or promotion will not be applied to the transaction.  

We, us, our or MYOB  means MYOB Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 13 086 760 198) of Level 3, 168 Cremorne Street, Cremorne, Victoria 3121.
