Offer Details

1. Who is eligible for the Offer?

The Offer is available to MYOB customers in Australia, who have an active subscription for Solo by MYOB and are invited to redeem the offer by the MYOB Support Team (Eligible Customers). 

2. How it works:

An Eligible Customer who accepts this Offer from the MYOB Team will have the Offer automatically applied to their account via a unique redemption discount code. 

An Eligible Customer can opt out of the Offer by contacting MYOB through the Solo by MYOB app.  

3. What is included in the Offer?

Eligible Customers will be entitled to a free base subscription of Solo by MYOB for a period of 12 months (the “Bonus Period”). 

Your use of any additional optional features will be billed monthly, via the chosen billing method connected to your account.  

4. What happens at the end of the Bonus Period?  

At the end of the Bonus Period, the cost of the base subscription for Solo by MYOB will automatically revert to the then-current standard full price advertised on our website, unless otherwise agreed with MYOB.  

Your subscription will continue to roll over for a further 12-month period, unless you cancel your subscription as per our product terms of use.    

5. Conditions and Limitations on the Offer

(a) This Offer only applies to base subscriptions Solo by MYOB. Use of optional features (like Tap to Pay and Online Payments) may attract additional fees or charges, and be subject to additional terms and conditions.

(b) This Offer is not transferable or available in conjunction with any other offer. 

(c) This Offer, and any use of Solo by MYOB, remains subject to the product terms of use

6. The Offer does not replace or limit the statutory rights an Eligible Customer has, including any rights they have under applicable consumer laws. 

7. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws in force in the state of Victoria, Australia and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia.

Definitions

  • Offer means this offer, which is subject to these terms and conditions. 

  • We, us, our or MYOB means MYOB Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 13 086 760 198) of Level 3, 168 Cremorne Street, Cremorne, Victoria 3121.
