1. Who's eligible for the Offer?
The Offer is available to New and Returning MYOB Customers in Australia who are customers of the Master Builders Association of Victoria (MBAV) (Eligible Customers).
2. When is the Offer available?
The Offer is available from 12:00am A.E.S.T. on Friday, 12 June 2026 until 11:59pm A.E.S.T. on Saturday, 12 June 2027 (Offer Period).
3. What’s included in the Offer?
The Offer entitles Eligible Customers to a free base subscription for MYOB Business Pro for 12 months (Initial Subscription Period).
4. How to accept the Offer
An Eligible Customer can accept the Offer during the Offer Period by following the instructions within the communications sent from MBAV.
5. What happens at the end of the Initial Subscription Period?
At the end of the Initial Subscription Period, the cost of the base subscription for the Eligible MYOB Product will automatically revert to the then-current standard full price advertised on our website. Your Eligible MYOB Product subscription will auto-renew for a further 12 months periods and you will be charged using the nominated direct debit method linked to your account, unless you cancel in accordance with our MYOB Business product terms of use.
6. Conditions and limitations on the Offer
(a) These Offers only applies to a base subscription for an Eligible MYOB Product. Additional fees and charges and terms and conditions apply for use of Premium Features (like Tap to Pay, Online Payments, Payroll or Premium Inventory).
(b) Any subscription fees paid under these Offers will be non-refundable. If you cancel your Eligible MYOB Product subscription before the end of the Discount Period, you will not be able to receive a refund.
(c) These Offers are not transferable or available in conjunction with any other offer. For example, it cannot be used in conjunction with a ’30-day-free period’.
(d) These Offers, and any use of the Eligible MYOB Product, remains subject to the MYOB Business product terms of use
General
7. We may vary or discontinue the Offer with or without notice at any time. We will still honour the Offer if it has been accepted by an Eligible Customer prior to the Offer being discontinued.
8. The Offer does not replace or limit the statutory rights an Eligible Customer has, including any rights they have under applicable consumer laws.
9. If an Eligible Customer accepts this Offer on an unsolicited sales call, the Offer is subject to a 10-calendar day cooling-off period. If an Eligible Customer changes their mind during the cooling off period and decides not to accept the Offer, they will not incur any penalties and any money they have paid to us for the base subscription of MYOB Business Pro will be refunded.
10. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws in force in the state of Victoria, Australia.
11. MYOB values your privacy. We may collect and use information about you and for the purpose of administering this Offer. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information about how we collect, use and disclose personal information.
Definitions
New and Returning MYOB Customer means a business that:
does not currently have, and has not previously had, a subscription for an MYOB product; or
previously trialled or paid for a subscription for an MYOB product but who has not been an MYOB customer for at least 30 days prior to the date of accepting the Offer.
Offer means this offer, which is subject to these terms and conditions.
The Master Builders Association of Victoria (MBAV) means the Master Builders Association of Victoria (ABN 38 004 255 654).
We, us, our or MYOB means MYOB Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 13 086 760 198) of Level 3, 168 Cremorne Street, Cremorne, Victoria 3121.
