Offer Details

1. Who is eligible for the Offer?

This Offer is available to New and Returning MYOB Customers in Australia who are customers of ATEK (Eligible Customers).

2. When is the Offer available?

The Offer is available from 12:00am A.E.S.T. on Friday, 17 July 2026 until 11:59pm A.E.S.T. on Saturday, 17 July 2027 (the Offer Period).

3. What’s included in the Offer?

The Offer entitles Eligible Customers to a free base subscription for Solo by MYOB for 12 months (Initial Subscription Period).

4. How to accept the Offer:

An Eligible Customer can accept the Offer during the Offer Period by following the instructions within the communications sent from ATEK.

5. What happens at the end of the Initial Subscription Period?

Your subscription will automatically renew, and you will be billed via your nominated billing method after your Initial Subscription Period of 12 months, unless you cancel at least 10 days before the end of your Initial Subscription Period, in accordance with our Solo by MYOB Terms of Use.

6. Conditions and Limitations on the Offer

(a) This Offer only applies to a base subscription for Solo by MYOB. Additional fees and charges and terms and conditions apply for Tap to Pay.

(b) Applications for Tap to Pay are subject to approval. Fees apply: $0.30 per transaction + 1.6% of the total invoice. Fees are inclusive of GST. View terms and conditions here.

(c) This Offer is not transferable or available in conjunction with any other offer. For example, it cannot be used in conjunction with a ’30-day-free period’.

(d) This Offer, and any use of Solo by MYOB, remains subject to Solo by MYOB product terms of use.

General

7. We may vary or discontinue the Offer with or without notice at any time. We will still honour the Offer if it has been accepted by an Eligible Customer prior to the Offer being discontinued.

8. The Offer does not replace or limit the statutory rights an Eligible Customer has, including any rights they have under applicable consumer laws.

9. If an Eligible Customer accepts this Offer on an unsolicited sales call, the Offer is subject to a 10-calendar day cooling-off period. If an Eligible Customer changes their mind during the cooling off period and decides not to accept the Offer, they will not incur any penalties and any money they have paid to us for the base subscription of Solo by MYOB will be refunded.

10. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws in force in the state of Victoria, Australia.

11. MYOB values your privacy. We may collect and use information about you and for the purpose of administering this Offer. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information about how we collect, use and disclose personal information.

Definitions

  • New and Returning MYOB Customer means a business that:

    • does not currently have, and has not previously had, a subscription for an MYOB product; or

    • previously trialled or paid for a subscription for an MYOB product but who has not been an MYOB customer for at least 30 days prior to the date of accepting the Offer.

  • Offer means this offer, which is subject to these terms and conditions.

  • ATEK means City State Financial Services Pty LTD (ABN 19 105 159 779).

  • We, us, our or MYOB means MYOB Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 13 086 760 198) of Level 3, 168 Cremorne Street, Cremorne, Victoria 3121.
