1. Who is eligible for the Offer?
This Offer is available to New and Returning MYOB Customers (see definition below) in Australia who are NRMA Business Insurance policy holders
(Eligible Customers).
2. When is the Offer available?
The Offer is available from 12:00am A.E.D.T. on Monday, 10 November 2025 until 11:59pm A.E.D.T. on Tuesday, 10 November 2026 (the Offer Period).
3. What’s included in the Offer?
MYOB Business Lite or MYOB Business Pro
Eligible Customers will receive 85% off a 12 month (Discount Period) base subscription of MYOB Business Lite or MYOB Business Pro (MYOB Business Discount)
Solo by MYOB
Eligible Customers will receive 94% off a 12 month (Discount Period) base subscription of Solo by MYOB (Solo Discount)
This Offer only applies to a base subscription for an Eligible MYOB Product. Use of Premium Features (like Payroll, Premium Inventory or Online Invoice Payments) may attract additional fees or charges, and be subject to additional terms and conditions. For example, these additional fees and charges and terms and conditions apply to the use of Online Payments.
4. How to accept the Offer:
An Eligible Customer can accept the MYOB Business Discount and/or Solo Discount during the Offer Period by following the instructions on the MYOB Offer landing page or by paying the MYOB Business Discount or Solo Discount upfront at the time of purchase
5. What happens at the end of the Discount Period?
At the end of the Discount Period, the cost of the base subscription for the Eligible MYOB Product will automatically revert to the then-current standard full price advertised on our website.
Your Eligible MYOB Product subscription will auto-renew for further 12 months periods and you will be charged using the nominated direct debit method linked to your account, unless you cancel in accordance with our MYOB Business product terms of use or Solo by MYOB product terms of use.
6. Conditions and Limitations on the Offer
(a) This Offer only applies to a base subscription for an Eligible MYOB Product. Additional fees and charges and terms and conditions apply for use of Premium Features (like Tap to Pay, Online Payments, Payroll or Premium Inventory).
(b) Applications for Tap to Pay are subject to approval. Fees apply: $0.30 per transaction + 1.6% of the total invoice. Fees are inclusive of GST. View terms and conditions here.
(c) Any subscription fees paid under this Offer will be non-refundable. If you cancel your Eligible MYOB Product subscription before the end of the Discount Period, you will not be able to receive a refund.
(d) This Offer is not transferable or available in conjunction with any other offer. For example, it cannot be used in conjunction with a ’30-day-free period’.
(e) This Offer, and any use of the Eligible MYOB Product, remains subject to the MYOB Business product terms of use and Solo by MYOB product terms of use.
(f) If an Eligible Customer makes an approved change to their subscription before the end of the Discount Period (for example, if they switch from an MYOB Business Lite subscription to an MYOB Business Pro subscription or vice versa), the Offer will only apply for the remainder of Discount Period remaining at the time.
General
7. We may vary or discontinue the Offer with or without notice at any time. We will still honour the Offer if it has been accepted by an Eligible Customer prior to the Offer being discontinued.
8. The Offer does not replace or limit the statutory rights an Eligible Customer has, including any rights they have under applicable consumer laws.
9. If an Eligible Customer accepts an Offer on an unsolicited sales call, the Offer is subject to a 10-calendar day cooling-off period. If an Eligible Customer changes their mind during the cooling off period and decides not to accept the Offer, they will not incur any penalties and any money they have paid to us for the base subscription of the Eligible MYOB Product will be refunded.
10. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws in force in the state of Victoria, Australia.
11. MYOB values your privacy. We may collect and use information about you and for the purpose of administering this Offer. Please view our Privacy Policy and Privacy collection notice for more information about how we collect, use and disclose personal information.
Definitions
Eligible MYOB Product means:
Solo by MYOB;
MYOB Business Lite;
MYOB Business Pro;
New and Returning MYOB Customer means a business that:
does not currently have, and has not previously had, a subscription for an MYOB product; or
previously trialled or paid for a subscription for an MYOB product but who has not been an MYOB customer for at least 30 days prior to the date of accepting the Offer.
Offer means this offer, which is subject to these terms and conditions.
NRMA Insurance means Insurance Australia Limited, ABN 11 00 016 722, trading as NRMA Insurance
