Offer Details
1. Who is eligible for this Offer?
This Offer is available to current Accountants Office and Accountants Enterprise Client Accounting (AEAO) customers based in Australia, who receive an email (Offer Email) directly referencing this offer (Eligible Customers).
2. When is the Offer available?
The Offer is available from 1 May 2026 for a period of 24 months (Offer Period) unless otherwise discontinued or varied by us.
3. What is included in the Offer?
Eligible Customers will be entitled to:
(a) A base subscription of MYOB Practice Compliance Client Accounting with the number of included files (Included Files) at a price (Nominated Price) specified in their Offer Email; plus
(b) A discount to AEAO Client Accounting, which is calculated based on current spend on AEAO Client Accounting (AEAO Client Accounting Spend) minus the multiple of Nominated Files and Specified Price (Discounted Price). See equation below:

4. What do you need to do?
Eligible Customers can start using MYOB Practice Compliance Client Accounting from 1 May 2026.
5. Conditions and Limitations
(a) Under this Offer, the Nominated Price for Included Files only and Discounted Price will be maintained for 24 months from 1 May 2026.
(b) This Offer only applies to the base subscription of MYOB Practice Compliance Client Accounting for the number of Included Files. This Offer does not include:
the purchase of additional files outside of their Included Files; or
other MYOB features,
which may attract additional fees or charges and be subject to additional terms and conditions. Price of additional files may be updated from time to time outside this Offer.
(c) The Offer is not available in conjunction with any other offer and is not transferable. You can use the best offer available to you at a single point in time, but not a combination of offers at any point in time.
(d) During the Offer period, you may adjust your AEAO Client Accounting seats or MYOB Practice Compliance file allocation as follows:
If you increase the number of AEAO Client Accounting seats, no changes will apply to your Included Files.
If you decrease the number of AEAO Client Accounting seats, your Included File allocation may be reduced proportionally, or you may retain your current allocation, with the difference charged on your next invoice.
If you decrease your Included Files without reducing AEAO Client Accounting seats, the applied AEAO Client Accounting discount will be reduced or removed accordingly.
All changes require you to contact Sales or Customer Success directly.
General
A. Your use of the MYOB Practice Compliance Client Accounting remains subject to the MYOB Practice Sales and Services Agreement and MYOB Client Accounting Terms of Use.
B. We may vary, extend or discontinue the Offer at any time. We will still honour the Offer if it has been accepted by an Eligible Customer prior to the Offer being discontinued or varied.
C. The Offer does not replace or limit the statutory rights an Eligible Customer has, including any rights they have under applicable consumer laws.
D. If an Eligible Customer accepts this Offer on an unsolicited sales call, the Offer is subject to a 10-calendar day cooling-off period, during which the Eligible Customer may cancel their subscription without penalty.
E. The terms and conditions of this Offer shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws in force in the State of Victoria, Australia.

Definitions
MYOB, we, us, our means: MYOB Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 13 086 760 198) of Level 3, 168 Cremorne Street, Cremorne, Victoria 3121
Offer means this exclusive offer, which is offered to you by us under the Terms.
Terms means these terms and conditions.
You and your refers to the customer that is accepting this Offer under section 3
