A. OFFER DETAILS
1. Who is eligible for the Offer? The Offer is strictly limited to:
Infoxchange members taking up this Offer via the product catalogue, Offer eDM, or other Infoxchange promotional material; and
that are New MYOB Customers.
(collectively “Eligible Customers”).
2. When is the Offer available?
The Offer is available from 9am (AEDT) on 28 November 2022 until 5pm (AEDT) on 27 November 2023 (“Offer Period”), unless otherwise varied by us.
3. We reserve the right to vary or discontinue the Offer at any time. We will still honour the Offer if you’ve accepted prior to it being discontinued.
4. How do you accept the Offer?
To accept the Offer, you must, during the Offer Period, purchase a Subscription by clicking through the hyperlink in the product catalogue, eDM or other communication to the Offer landing page and proceeding to checkout.
5. What’s included in the Offer? You receive a 30% discount on the standard monthly subscription price for one Eligible Product Subscription for the duration of your Infoxchange (i.e. Connecting Up or Tech Soup NZ) membership, from the date you took up this Offer.
6. What’s not included in the Offer?
a. The Offer only applies to the standard no-charge inclusions associated with an Eligible Product base subscription.
b. This Offer does not apply to MYOB Business Payroll Only or Premium Features.
By accepting this Offer, you agree to pay any additional fees or charges incurred during the Subscription Period.
7. What happens if you cancel your Connecting Up or TechSoup NZ membership?
At the end of your TechSoup NZ or Connecting Up membership, the cost of your Subscription will automatically revert to the then-standard pricing.
8. What are the conditions on the Offer?
This Offer is:
a. not available in conjunction with any other offer and is not transferable. You can use the best offer available to you at a single point in time, but not a combination of offers at any point in time (e.g., subsequent file discounts, etc);
b. subject to the terms and conditions of the Eligible Product; and
c. is only available to customers: (a) in Australia that enter and maintain their ABN in ‘My Account’; (b)in New Zealand that enter and maintain the first name, last name, email account and entity name (Customer Identification) which appears on Connecting Up or TechSoup NZ’s membership records.
If at any time your ABN (for AU-based customers) and Customer Identification (for NZ-based customers) is not identifiable in ‘My Account’, the Offer will be revoked, and the cost of your subscription will automatically revert to the then-standard pricing.
B. INFOXCHANGE DISCLAIMER
1. Infoxchange is not a party to this Offer or any contract you enter into as a result of the Offer and does not make any representations about or guarantee the quality of MYOB software or any Eligible Product or its suitability for your circumstances.
2. To the extent the law allows, Infoxchange does not accept any responsibility for losses suffered as a result of your acceptance of the Offer or use of an Eligible Product.
3. Infoxchange may receive a financial benefit in connection with any successful referral.
C. GENERAL
1. We reserve the right to rescind any discounts provided to you under the Offer if:
a. you don’t comply with the terms of use applying to the Eligible Product or any other related MYOB product; or b. in our opinion you are trying to obtain benefits from the Offer that you are not reasonably entitled to.
2. The Offer does not replace or limit your statutory rights, including your rights under applicable consumer laws.
3. We may collect and use information about you and for the purpose of administering the Offer, including disclosing your personal information to and from Infoxchange. Please visit our Privacy Disclosure Statement and Group Privacy Policy for more information on how we collect, use and disclose your personal information.
D. DEFINITIONS
Infoxchange means Infoxchange Pty Ltd (ABN 74 457 506 140).
Eligible Product means MYOB Business Lite, MYOB Business Pro, MYOB Business AccountRight Plus and MYOB Business AccountRight Premier.
MYOB, we, us, our means:

if you accept these Offer Terms in New Zealand, MYOB NZ Limited (NZCN 902338)
Offer means our Infoxchange Customer Exclusive Offer, which is offered to you by us under the Offer Terms and is subject to the terms and conditions of the Eligible Product.
Offer eDM means the electronic direct marketing sent by Infoxchange to a Infoxchange Business Customer containing details of the Offer.
Offer Terms means these terms and conditions.
Infoxchange Member, you, your means the Infoxchange member account holder that has received information about the Offer and a URL to the Offer landing page, either from an Offer eDM or another channel of communication, and is directly accepting this Offer.
