These terms dictate the 50% off MYOB Business Base Subscription + Gift Card Giveaway (AU).

Offer Details 

1. Who is eligible for the Offer? 

The Offer is limited to MYOB Partner Program members (including customers who have commenced their application to become a Partner Program member) and their customers, who use a Desktop Product or Manual Solution for their business. (“Eligible Customers, you, your”).  

2. When is the Offer available? 

The Offer is available from 1 July 2024 until 30 November 2024 (the Offer Period).  

3. What is included in the Offer? 

Eligible Customers who comply with section 4, will be entitled to: 

  • 50% discount of the then current standard full price as advertised on our website until 30 September 2025 (the Discount Period);  

  • for a new base subscription for MYOB Business Lite, MYOB Business Pro, MYOB Business AccountRight Plus, MYOB Business AccountRight Premier, MYOB Business AccountRight Premier Only, MYOB Business Connected Ledger and MYOB Business Connected Ledger + Payroll (Eligible Product Subscription); and  

  • one (1) digital GiftPay gift card equal to: 

    • AUD $250 for each Desktop Product or Manual Solution that is migrated to a MYOB AccountRight Plus or Premier subscription;  

    • AUD $100 for each Desktop Product or Manual Solution that is migrated to a MYOB Business Pro subscription; 

    • AUD $50 for each Desktop Product or Manual Solution that is migrated to a MYOB Business Lite subscription or MYOB Business Connected Ledger + Payroll subscription; or 

    • AUD $35 for each Desktop Product or Manual Solution that is migrated to a MYOB Business Connected Ledger subscription. 

4. How do you accept the Offer? 

During the Offer Period:  

  • Eligible Customers must: 

    • purchase, or arrange to purchase, a subscription for an Eligible Product directly from an MYOB sales representative;  

    • provide MYOB with an Email Contact; and 

  • Activate the Eligible Product. 

Any applicable Desktop Product must also be migrated to the Eligible Product during the Offer Period.   

To redeem this Offer, Eligible Customers must hold (or continue to renew) their subscription for the Eligible Product until after 30 September 2025 (Minimum Term). If the Eligible Customer terminates their Eligible Product Subscription before the end of the Minimum Term, then the Eligible Customer, via either Partner Pays or Client Pays method as applicable, must pay out the remainder of the Minimum Term at the Discounted Price.  

5. Conditions and Limitations on the Offer 

a) Use or redemption of any GiftPay voucher is subject to the terms and conditions of the gift card issuer. 

b) The value of the GiftPay vouchers is capped at a maximum of AUD $2,000 per practice/CID in the Offer Period.  

c) We will assess whether an Eligible Customer is eligible to receive a gift card within 90 days after any new subscription has been Activated. Gift cards will be sent to the relevant Email Contact within 45 days after we determine they are eligible to receive a gift card. 

d) To be eligible to receive a gift card, an Eligible Customer must hold (or continue to renew) their subscription for an Eligible Product for at least 90 days after the date the subscription was initially activated and cannot switch from a ‘Partner Pays’ to a ‘Client Pays’ billing model (or vice versa) during this 90 day period. 

e) This Offer only applies to base subscriptions of an Eligible Product Subscription. Use of Premium Features (such as Payroll, Online Invoice Payments and Inventory) may attract additional fees or charges and be subject to additional terms and conditions. 

f) An Eligible Product may not be a comparable replacement for a Desktop Product or Manual Solution. For example, Users may need to activate Premium Inventory in order to access the same number of inventory items available via a Desktop Product and will not have access to multi-currency features. 

g) This Offer is not transferable or available in conjunction with any other offer.  

h) This Offer cannot be redeemed retroactively for prior purchases.    

i) This Offer, and any use of an Eligible Product Subscription, remains subject to the MYOB Business Terms of Use. 

6. What happens at the end of the Discount Period? 

After 30 September 2025, the cost of the base subscription for the Eligible Product Subscription will automatically revert to the then-current standard full price advertised on our website, unless otherwise agreed with MYOB. For example, members of the MYOB Partner Program may still be entitled to a discount based on their membership tier.   

General 

7. We may vary or discontinue the Offer at any time. We will still honour the Offer if it has been accepted by you prior to the Offer being discontinued or varied.   

8. The Offer does not replace or limit the statutory rights you have, including any rights they have under applicable consumer laws.  

9. If you accept this Offer on an unsolicited sales call, the Offer is subject to a 10-calendar day cooling-off period. If you cancel your subscription during the cooling-off period, you will not incur any penalties and any money they paid to us for the Eligible Product Subscription, as a result of accepting the Offer, will be refunded.  

10. These Terms are governed and construed in accordance with the laws in force in Australia.  

11. MYOB values your privacy. We may collect and use information about you and for the purpose of administering this Offer. Please visit our Privacy Policy for more information about how we collect, use and disclose personal information. 

Definitions 

Activate means performing at least one of the following actions in an Eligible Product: 

  • creation of a manual journal entry; 

  • creation of a manual “spend” or “receive” money transaction; or 

  • reconciliation of a bank transaction (typically from a bank feed).  

Desktop Product means an MYOB Business AccountRight or AccountEdge desktop product with selected MYOB serial numbers.  

Email Contact means: 

  • the name and email address for the contact nominated by a member of the MYOB Partner Program if they pay for a subscription to an Eligible Product either for their own use or on behalf of an Eligible Customer; or 

  • the name and email address for the billing contact nominated by an Eligible Customer, if the Eligible Customer pays for a subscription to an Eligible Product. 

Manual Solution means an excel or google spreadsheet, paper ledger book, or any other way of managing the accounting needs of a business that does not involve an accounting or financial management software solution.  

Offer means this offer, which is subject to these Terms.   

We, us, our or MYOB  means MYOB Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 13 086 760 198) of Level 3, 168 Cremorne Street, Cremorne, Victoria 3121 if you accept these Terms in Australia
