MYOB Enterprise Digital Transformation Offer

Migrate from MYOB Greentree, MYOB Exo Business, MYOB Exo Employer Services or MYOB IMS Payroll and receive 6 months or 4 months free MYOB Advanced Payroll or MYOB Advanced Payroll and Business subscription as per the offer terms below.

WHEN IS THE OFFER AVAILABLE

From 9am AEST 1 May 2024 until 5pm AEDT on 30 November 2024, unless otherwise varied by us.

WHO IS ELIGIBLE FOR THIS OFFER?

The offer is strictly limited to current MYOB customers with an active service for at least one Legacy Product, who take out a new MYOB Advanced subscription for the Minimum Subscription Period.

This offer is only available to customers whose MYOB billing is up to date, with no outstanding MYOB invoices in arrears.

KEY TERMS:

In these terms:

Start Date means the date when your MYOB Advanced subscription starts.

Minimum Subscription Period means 15 months from the Start Date.

MYOB Advanced means MYOB Advanced (all ERP editions), MYOB Advanced Payroll and MYOB Advanced Workforce Management base inclusions only.

Legacy Product means MYOB Greentree, MYOB Exo Business, MYOB Exo Employer Services and MYOB IMS Payroll.

WHAT’S ON OFFER?

If you are eligible and accept this offer, you will receive:

  • 6 months or 4 months free MYOB Advanced base subscription for the Minimum Subscription Period

  • Pro-rata waiver or refund of MYOB Legacy Product prepaid fees; and

  • Ongoing access to your migrated Legacy Product for 12 months; as outlined below.

6 months or 4 months free MYOB Advanced base subscription, when you subscribe for the Minimum Subscription Period.

If you upgrade to MYOB Advanced prior to 30 June 2024 for the Minimum Subscription Period, you’ll receive 6 months of MYOB Advanced Payroll or MYOB Advanced Payroll and Business subscription for free.

If you upgrade to MYOB Advanced after 30 June 2024 and prior to 30 November 2024 for the Minimum Subscription Period, you’ll receive 4 months of MYOB Advanced Payroll or MYOB Advanced Payroll and Business subscription for free.

Please note:

  • 6 or 4 months free will apply after payment of the first month of the Minimum Subscription Period.

  • A 15 month price freeze will apply from the Start Date meaning any subscription fees payable within the Minimum Subscription Period, will be charged based on the standard pricing applicable on the Start Date.

  • MYOB sometimes offers new MYOB Advanced customers 3 months free in their initial subscription period. By accepting this offer, you are not eligible to receive the offer for 3 months free subscription.

Pro-rate waiver or refund of Legacy Product fees

If your MYOB Advanced fees under the offer are equal to or greater than the fees that would have been payable for your equivalent Legacy Product for the Minimum Subscription Period, then MYOB will waive the software maintenance and/or licence fees for your relevant Legacy Product for the Minimum Subscription Period. If you’ve already prepaid fees for your relevant Legacy Product for the Minimum Subscription Period, we’ll refund that portion of the Legacy Product fees. If you’ve paid those prepaid fees via a fee paying agent (for example, an MYOB Enterprise Partner), then the refund will be paid via your fee paying agent.

In assessing whether your MYOB Advanced fees are equal to or greater than your Legacy Product fees, we will compare the fees for functionally equivalent products. For example, ERP Legacy Product fees will be compared against MYOB Advanced ERP fees. Payroll Legacy Product fees will be compared against MYOB Advanced Payroll and/or MYOB Advanced Workforce Management as applicable.

Ongoing access to your migrated Legacy Product for 12 months

If you accept this offer, you will be eligible for ongoing access to your migrated Legacy Product, for the life of your relevant MYOB Advanced subscription, for up to 12 months.

How it will work:

  • MYOB will honour your current usage rights (including number of paid users) for your relevant MYOB Legacy Product until 3 months after your MYOB Advanced go live date (Transition Date).

  • After the Transition Date, MYOB will give you use of your relevant MYOB Legacy Platform for reporting and archival purposes only (limit to one user) for no charge, up to 12 months. Any MYOB Legacy Platform use beyond this single user access after the Transition Date may be subject to additional fees.

This right to use your relevant Legacy Product applies only to that Legacy Product which is functionally equivalent to your new MYOB Advanced service, where your MYOB Advanced spend is equal or higher than your spend for that Legacy Product.

Example: Where you have more than one Legacy Product

If you migrate from MYOB Exo Employer Services to MYOB Advanced Payroll with higher spend, then your right to free use of Legacy Product applies only to MYOB Exo Employee Services. If you also use MYOB Exo Business and want free use of that Legacy Product, you need to also migrate from MYOB Exo Business to MYOB Advanced ERP with equal or higher spend to also get free ongoing use of MYOB Exo Business.

Access will be subject to the following:

  • MYOB may terminate your free use of your Legacy Product at any time after the Transition Date by giving you at least 90 days notice including if MYOB decides cease offering or supporting your Legacy Product; and

  • MYOB may (at MYOB’s option) suspend or terminate your use of the Legacy Product if you breach any MYOB terms of use or fail to pay fees due to MYOB in connection with your MYOB Advanced subscription or any other MYOB product or service.

Your use of the Legacy Product during the free period remains subject to the Legacy Product’s terms of use or licence agreement. Your use of the Legacy Product might be impacted by a future end-of-support or end-of-life for that Legacy Product. MYOB will notify you of any planned end-of-support or end-of-life for your Legacy Product.

HOW TO ACCEPT THE OFFER?

For customers with an MYOB Enterprise Partner, contact your Enterprise Partner to accept the offer.

For direct customers of MYOB, contact your MYOB Customer Success Manager or email enterprisesales@myob.com to accept the offer.

WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE OFFER?

The offer does not include anything that falls outside the standard inclusions of an MYOB Advanced subscription. For example, the offer does not cover consulting services or support plans.

MYOB or your MYOB Enterprise Partner might make offers relating to implementation services, consulting services or support plans, however, those will be subject to specific offer terms.

WHAT ELSE DO YOU NEED TO KNOW?

Your use of the MYOB products will be subject to the relevant MYOB product terms of use.
If you work with an MYOB Enterprise Partner, that Enterprise Partner might also have services terms and conditions which are relevant to your MYOB services. These offer terms operate in addition to any terms between you and your MYOB Enterprise Partner. Nothing in your agreement with your MYOB Enterprise Partner varies the terms of this offer.

We reserve the right to discontinue the offer at any time. We will honour the offer if you’ve accepted prior to it being discontinued.

We reserve the right to rescind any discounts or benefits provided to you under the offer if: you don’t comply with our relevant MYOB product terms of use or these offer terms; you terminate your MYOB Advanced subscription; you fail to pay all fees due to MYOB within 14 days of the due date or within 3 business days of receiving a reminder notice (whichever is later); or in our opinion you are trying to obtain benefits from the offer that you’re not reasonably entitled to.

This offer is not transferable and not refundable.
