Offer Details
1. Who is eligible for the Offer?
This Offer is available to New and Returning MYOB Customers in Australia who are:
a customer of Bunnings; and
a member of the PowerPass Program
(Eligible Customers).
2. When is the Offer available?
The Offer is available from 12:00am A.E.D.T. on Thursday, 1 May 2025 until 11:59pm A.E.S.T. on Friday, 1 May 2026 (the Offer Period).
3. What’s included in the Offer?
MYOB Business Lite or Pro Offer
Eligible Customers who comply with section 4 will be entitled to pay $34 (inclusive of GST) for a base subscription of MYOB Business Lite or pay $63 (inclusive of GST) for a base subscription of MYOB Business Pro for a period of 12 months (Initial Subscription Period).
MYOB AccountRight Plus or Premier Offer
Eligible Customers who comply with section 4 will be entitled to pay $150 (inclusive of GST) for a base subscription of MYOB AccountRight Plus or pay $195 (inclusive of GST) for a base subscription of MYOB AccountRight Premier for a period of 12 months (Initial Subscription Period).
4. How to accept the Offer:
An Eligible Customer can accept the Offers during the Offer Period by following the instructions on the Bunnings PowerPass Offer landing page.
5. What happens after the Initial Subscription Period?
After the end of the Initial Subscription Period, the cost of the MYOB Business Lite, MYOB Business Pro, MYOB AccountRight Plus or MYOB AccountRight Premier annual subscription will automatically revert to the then-current standard full price advertised on the MYOB website.
Unless you cancel your annual subscription, it will continue to roll over for periods of 12 months each.
6. Conditions and Limitations on the Offer
(a) These Offers only apply to a base subscription for an Eligible MYOB Product. Additional fees and charges and terms and conditions apply for use of Premium Features (like Tap to Pay, Online Payments, Payroll or Premium Inventory).
(b) Any subscription fees paid under this Offer will be non-refundable. If you cancel your subscription before the end of the Bonus Period or Discount Period, you will not be able to receive a refund.
(c) These Offers are not transferable or available in conjunction with any other offer. For example, it cannot be used in conjunction with a ’30-day-free period’.
(d) These Offers, and any use of the Eligible MYOB Product, remains subject to the MYOB Business product terms of use.
(e) If an Eligible Customer makes an approved change to their subscription before the end of the Bonus Period or Discount Period (for example, if they switch from an MYOB Business Lite subscription to an MYOB Business Pro subscription or vice versa), the Offers will only apply for the remainder of the Bonus Period or Discount Period remaining at the time.
General
7. We may vary or discontinue the Offer with or without notice at any time. We will still honour the Offer if it has been accepted by an Eligible Customer prior to the Offer being discontinued.
8. The Offer does not replace or limit the statutory rights an Eligible Customer has, including any rights they have under applicable consumer laws.
9. If an Eligible Customer accepts this Offer on an unsolicited sales call, the Offer is subject to a 10-calendar day cooling-off period. If an Eligible Customer changes their mind during the cooling off period and decides not to accept the Offer, they will not incur any penalties and any money they have paid to us for the base subscription of the Eligible MYOB Product will be refunded.
10. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws in force in the state of Victoria, Australia.
11. MYOB values your privacy. We may collect and use information about you and for the purpose of administering this Offer. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information about how we collect, use and disclose personal information.
Definitions
Bunnings means Bunnings Group Limited (ABN 26 008 672 179)
Eligible MYOB Product means:
MYOB Business Lite;
MYOB Business Pro;
MYOB AccountRight Plus;
MYOB AccountRight Premier
New and Returning MYOB Customer means a business that:
does not currently have, and has not previously had, a subscription for an MYOB product; or
previously trialled or paid for a subscription for an MYOB product but who has not been an MYOB customer for at least 30 days prior to the date of accepting the Offer.
PowerPass means the Bunnings PowerPass Program as per PowerPass - Bunnings Trade AU
Offer means this offer, which is subject to these terms and conditions.
We, us, our or MYOB means;
MYOB Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 13 086 760 198) of Level 3, 168 Cremorne Street, Cremorne, Victoria 3121, if you accept these terms in Australia.
