1. Who is eligible for the Offer?
This Offer is available to New and Returning MYOB Customers in Australia, who have not held an active MYOB subscription in the last 3 months, who registered for a ticket to the Bunnings Melbourne Trade Expo 2026 Event held in Melbourne on Thursday 25 June 2026 (Eligible Customers).
2. When is the Offer available?
The Offer is available from 12:00pm A.E.S.T. on Thursday, 25 June 2026 until 11:59pm A.E.S.T. on Thursday, 2 July 2026 (the Offer Period).
3. What’s included in the Offer?
The Offer entitles Eligible Customers to a free base subscription of Solo by MYOB for 12 months (Initial Subscription Period).
4. How to accept the Offer:
An Eligible Customer can accept the Offer during the Offer Period by registering to receive a link to the offer and by signing up directly through that link.
5. What happens at the end of the Initial Subscription Period?
Your subscription will automatically renew for 12-month periods, and you will be billed via your nominated billing method after your Initial Subscription Period, unless you cancel at least 10 days before the end of your Initial Subscription Period, in accordance with our Solo by MYOB Terms of Use.
At the end of the Initial Subscription Period, the cost of the base subscription for Solo by MYOB, will automatically revert to the then-current standard full price advertised on our website.
6. Conditions and Limitations on the Offer
(a) This Offer only applies to a base subscription for Solo by MYOB. Additional fees and charges and terms and conditions apply for use Tap to Pay.
(b) Applications for Tap to Pay are subject to approval. Fees apply: $0.30 per transaction + 1.6% of the total invoice. Fees are inclusive of GST. View terms and conditions here.
(c) This Offer is not transferable or available in conjunction with any other offer. For example, it cannot be used in conjunction with a ’30-day-free period’.
(d) This Offer, and any use of Solo by MYOB, remains subject to Solo by MYOB product terms of use.
General
7. We may vary or discontinue the Offer with or without notice at any time. We will still honour the Offer if it has been accepted by an Eligible Customer prior to the Offer being discontinued.
8. The Offer does not replace or limit the statutory rights an Eligible Customer has, including any rights they have under applicable consumer laws.
9. If an Eligible Customer accepts this Offer on an unsolicited sales call, the Offer is subject to a 10-calendar day cooling-off period. If an Eligible Customer changes their mind during the cooling off period and decides not to accept the Offer, they will not incur any penalties and any money they have paid to us for the base subscription of Solo by MYOB will be refunded.
10. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws in force in the state of Victoria, Australia.
11. MYOB values your privacy. We may collect and use information about you and for the purpose of administering this Offer. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information about how we collect, use and disclose personal information.
Definitions
New and Returning MYOB Customer means a business that:
does not currently have, and has not previously had, a subscription for an MYOB product; or
previously trialled or paid for a subscription for an MYOB product but who has not been an MYOB customer for at least 30 days prior to the date of accepting the Offer.
Offer means this offer, which is subject to these terms and conditions.
Bunnings Melbourne Trade Expo 2026 means the Bunnings Melbourne Trade Expo 2026 organised by BUNNINGS GROUP LIMITED, in Melbourne on Thursday, 25 June 2026.
