2024 Practice Partner EOFY offer: 60% discount on MYOB Business

A. Key Details

Eligible Customer

A member of the MYOB Partner Program based in Australia (including Partner, Certified Consultant, Bookkeeper, POS or Connected Account Programs and customers who have commenced their application to become an MYOB Partner Program member).

Eligible Product Subscription

A base subscription for a new MYOB customer to “MYOB Business Lite”, “MYOB Business Pro”, “MYOB Business AccountRight Plus”, “MYOB Business AccountRight Premier”, “MYOB Business Connected Ledger” or “MYOB Business Connected Ledger and Payroll”. “Base subscription” excludes Premium Features such as Payroll and Premium Inventory. For the avoidance of doubt, this Offer cannot be applied to existing MYOB customers.

Minimum Term

The period of time starting on the date that you redeem this Offer and ending on 30 June 2026.

Minimum Quantity and Maximum Quantity

A minimum of three subscriptions and a maximum of one hundred subscriptions per practice.

Discount

60% off the then-current recommended retail price for the Eligible Product.

Discount Period

The period between the date that you redeem this offer until 11.59pm on 30 June 2026.

Offer Period

The period commencing on 18 March 2024 until 31 July 2024, unless varied in accordance with section B.2 below.

B. Offer Conditions

  1. Who is eligible for the Offer? The Offer is strictly limited to Eligible Customers.

  2. When is the Offer available? The Offer is available during the Offer Period or until the discounted quantity of Eligible Products runs out (whichever is earlier), or unless otherwise varied by us.

  3. How do you accept the Terms and redeem the Offer? By redeeming the Offer, you agree that you are bound by these Terms. To redeem the Offer, you must during the Offer Period purchase an Eligible Product subscription by speaking with an MYOB sales agent and referencing the Offer; and if requested to do so, provide the sales agent with relevant information (such as customer entity name to set up the company data file).

  4. What’s included in the Offer? If you accept the Offer (see section 3), you will receive the Discount on the standard monthly RRP subscription fees for Eligible Product subscriptions purchased in the relevant single transaction. You will receive the Discount for the Discount Period.

  5. Is there a minimum commitment? By redeeming the Offer, you are committing to the Eligible Product subscription for the Minimum Term.

  6. What happens if you end an Eligible Product subscription before the end of the Minimum Term? You have to pay the fees for the rest of the Minimum Term for any cancelled Eligible Product subscriptions purchased under this Offer, unless you replace that Eligible Product subscription with a different Eligible Product subscription within 30 days of ending the first Eligible Product subscription. Contact an MYOB sales agent to set up the replacement Eligible Product subscription under this Offer. The replacement Eligible Product subscription is eligible for the Discount.

  7. What happens at the end of the Discount Period and Minimum Term? At the end of the Discount Period and Minimum Term, the cost of your Eligible Product subscription will automatically revert to your relevant Partner Program tier membership pricing. By providing us your credit or debit card details and agreeing to our Direct Debit Terms and Conditions, you acknowledge that the subscription automatically renews on a monthly basis and you authorise us to debit your credit or debit card the then-standard MYOB partner pricing fees for your relevant MYOB Partner program membership tier at the end of the Discount Period.

  8. What’s not included in the Offer? This Offer only applies to a base subscription for the Eligible Product. This Offer does not apply to Premium Features (unless and to the extent that the then-current Eligible Product’s Terms of Use state otherwise). Use of Premium Features may attract additional fees or charges which will not be subject to the Discount in this Offer.

  9. Can I upgrade or downgrade within the Discount Period? Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade to any other Eligible Product within the Discount Period, and the Offer will be applied to the base subscription price for that other Eligible Product.

  10. What happens if one or more of the Eligible Product Subscriptions are changed from “Partner Pays” to “Client Pays” throughout the Discount Period? This Offer (including the Discount, Minimum Quantity and Minimum Term) continues to apply to Eligible Product subscriptions that have been transferred from a “Partner Pays” to a “Client Pays” payment profile.

  11. What other conditions apply to the Offer?

a) This Offer can be applied to multiple Eligible Product subscriptions purchased in the same transaction.

b) The Offer cannot be applied retroactively for prior purchases.

c) The Offer is not available in conjunction with any other offer and is not transferable.

d) You can use the best offer available to you at a single point in time, but not a combination of offers at any point in time.

e) Your use of the Eligible Product remains subject to the Eligible Product’s Terms of Use.

f) The recommended retail price is the price as advertised from time-to-time on www.myob.com (RRP). The RRP is subject to change at any time at MYOB’s discretion. If there is a price increase, we will give you notice in accordance with the Eligible Product’s Terms of Use.

g) If you accepted this Offer on an unsolicited sales call, this Offer is subject to a 10-day cooling-off period. If within the first 10-days of accepting this Offer you wish to terminate this agreement, you can do so without incurring a penalty. If you terminate within the 10-day cooling off period, any monies paid under this Offer will be refundable.

C. General Conditions

  1. MYOB Rights. Without limiting other remedies and in addition to rights under the Eligible Product’s Terms of Use or MYOB Partner Program terms we reserve the right to rescind any discounts provided to you under the Offer if:

a) you don’t comply with the Eligible Product’s Terms of Use, MYOB Partner Program terms or terms of use for other related MYOB products; or

b) in our opinion you are trying to obtain benefits from the Offer that you are not reasonably entitled to.

2. Your Rights. The Offer does not replace or limit your statutory rights, including your rights under applicable consumer laws.

3. Privacy and Data Use. We may collect and use information about you to administer the Offer. Your personal information will otherwise be used in accordance with the MYOB Group Privacy Policy (New Zealand) which contains more information on how we collect, use and disclose your personal information.

4. Liability. To the extent permitted by law, MYOB will not be responsible for any loss incurred by you in redeeming or attempting to redeem the Offer or for any costs, damages, accident, delay, injury, loss, expense, or inconvenience that may arise in connection with the use of the Offer.

5. Changes. The Terms may be subject to change. We reserve the right to vary or withdraw the Offer at any time by providing you with notice. Notice will be affected in accordance with the notice requirements contained in the Eligible Product’s Terms of Use. We will honour the Offer if you have accepted the Offer prior to its withdrawal or variation.

6. Governing Law. These Terms are governed and construed in accordance with the laws in force in New Zealand (if we offer and you accept these Terms in New Zealand), and in accordance with the laws in force in Victoria, Australia (if we offer and you accept these Terms in Australia). All references to time in these Terms are a reference to the local time in the capital city of the applicable Territory.

7. Definitions. Unless the context otherwise requires, in these Terms:

a) Discount, Discount Period, Eligible Customer, Eligible Product Subscription, Minimum Term, Minimum Quantity and Maximum Quantity, and Offer Period each have the meaning given to them in the key details section.

b) We, us, our means:

  • MYOB Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 13 086 760 198) of Level 3, 168 Cremorne Street, Cremorne, Victoria 3121, if we offer and you accept these Terms in Australia; and

  • MYOB NZ Limited (NZCN 902338), of Level 5, Eden 5, 12 Normanby Road, Mount Eden, Auckland 1024, if we offer and you accept these Terms in New Zealand.

c) Offer means this exclusive offer, which is offered to you by us under the Terms.

d) Terms means these terms and conditions.

e) Territory means New Zealand, if we offer and you accept these Terms in New Zealand; and Australia, if we offer and you accept these Terms in Australia.

f) You and your refers to the customer that is accepting this Offer under section 3.
