1. Who is eligible for the Offer?
This Offer is available to new and returning MYOB customers in Australia who purchase a base subscription for a MYOB Business Lite or MYOB Business Pro (Eligible MYOB Product) together with AI BAS, during the Offer Period, through the applicable MYOB offer page or other approved MYOB sales channel (Eligible Customers).
2. When is the Offer available?
The Offer is available from 12:00am A.E.S.T. on August 5, 2026 until 11:59pm A.E.D.T. on January 15, 2027 (the Offer Period).
3. What’s included in the Offer?
The Offer entitles Eligible Customers to:
(a) AI BAS functionality for unlimited transactions for AUD$25 per month for 12 months (AI BAS Bundle Period); and
(b) 80% off the then-current standard full price as advertised on the MYOB website for a base subscription to either of the Eligible MYOB Products for 12 months (Discount Period),
(together, the Bundle).
The Bundle is a 12-month subscription commitment and is billed monthly during the Initial Bundle Term using the nominated billing method attached to the Eligible Customer’s account.
By accepting the Offer, an Eligible Customer commits to the full 12-month initial term of the Bundle (Initial Bundle Term).
4. How to accept the Offer
An Eligible Customer can accept the Offer during the Offer Period by following the instructions on the applicable MYOB offer landing page or by purchasing through another approved MYOB sales channel notified by MYOB.
Fees due for the first month of the Bundle may be split across two separate invoices and pro-rated, based on the day of the month the Eligible Customer signs up for the subscription.
5. What happens at the end of the Initial Bundle Term?
If an Eligible Customer cancels the Bundle before the end of the Initial Bundle Term, the cancellation will take effect at the end of the Initial Bundle Term, but the Eligible Customerwill remain liable for, and MYOB may continue to bill monthly for, all remaining months in the Initial Bundle Term.
Any fees paid under this Offer are non-refundable. If an Eligible Customer cancels their Bundle before the end of the Initial Bundle Term, they will not be entitled to any refund, credit or rebate for any unused portion of the Bundle.
At the end of the Initial Bundle Term, the Eligible Customer’s Bundle will be right-sized according to their usage. MYOB will provide notice and move the Eligible Customer to an applicable Bundle tier, based on the number of transactions associated with their use of the Bundle. The price payable after the end of the Initial Bundle Term will be the price applicable to that usage tier at that time, unless the Eligible Customer cancels in accordance with the applicable product terms of use before the end of the Initial Bundle Term.
6. Conditions and Limitations on the Offer
(a) This Offer only applies to the AI BAS Bundle and a base subscription for an Eligible MYOB Products. It does not apply to any add-ons, third party products or other MYOB services unless expressly stated otherwise.
(b) Additional fees and charges, and separate terms and conditions, apply to Premium Features and other optional services (including features such as Tap to Pay, Online Payments, Payroll and Premium Inventory, where available). Applications for certain optional services may be subject to approval.
(c) This Offer is not transferable and is not available in conjunction with any other offer. For example, it cannot be used in conjunction with a 30-day free period or any other promotional offer unless MYOB expressly states otherwise.
(d) This Offer, and any use of the AI BAS Bundle and the Eligible MYOB Products, remains subject to the applicable MYOB product terms of use and any other applicable MYOB terms.
(e) If an Eligible Customer makes an approved change to their base subscription during the Discount Period (for example, switching from MYOB Business Lite to MYOB Business Pro or vice versa), the Offer will only apply for the remainder of the Initial Bundle Term, and only to the replacement Eligible MYOB Products forming part of the Bundle at that time.
General
7. Changes to or withdrawal of the Offer
We may vary, withdraw or discontinue the Offer at any time, to the extent permitted by law. We will still honour the Offer if it has been accepted by an Eligible Customer prior to the Offer being varied, withdrawn or discontinued.
8. Consumer law
The Offer does not replace or limit any statutory rights an Eligible Customer has, including rights under applicable consumer laws.
9. Governing law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws in force in the State of Victoria, Australia. The parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Victoria, Australia.
10. Privacy
MYOB values your privacy. We may collect, use and disclose information about you for the purpose of administering this Offer. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information about how we collect, use and disclose personal information.
Definitions
Eligible MYOB Product means:
MYOB Business Lite; or
MYOB Business Pro.
New and Returning MYOB Customer means a business that:
does not currently have, and has not previously had, a subscription for an MYOB product; or
previously trialled or paid for a subscription for an MYOB product but has not been an MYOB customer for at least 30 days prior to the date of accepting the Offer.
Offer means this AI BAS Bundle Customer Offer, which is subject to these terms and conditions.
We, us, our or MYOB means MYOB Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 13 086 760 198) of Level 3, 168 Cremorne Street, Cremorne, Victoria 3121.
