Justin has gained 20 years’ experience working in the human resources software industry for a number of major software providers. His speciality is HRIS implementation, with over 200 successful projects to his name.

Justin commenced in a consulting role carrying out all aspects of the implementation process including building, training and client support. He has been involved in implementation for organisations varying in size from 50 – 15000 employees. With extensive implementation knowledge, he has also held roles in pre-sales, project management and business development as well as general management roles.
