Consumer Warranty

In addition to a limited 90 day warranty described in the Software License Agreement (SLA) this product also comes with the guarantees and other consumer rights and remedies that are available to you and that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Therefore you are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the product repaired or replaced if the product fails to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. If you wish to bring a claim under the limited warranty or the guarantees, please return the product at your expense (with proof of purchase) to:
