Who is eligible for the Offer?

This Offer is available to any New or Returning MYOB Customer in Australia who is a Lawpath Customer (Eligible Customer).

2. When is the Offer available?

The Offer is available from 12:00am A.E.D.T. on Wednesday, 1 May 2024 until 11:59pm A.E.D.T. on Wednesday, 30 April 2025 (the Offer Period).

3. What’s included in the Offer?

Eligible Customers who comply with section 4 will be entitled to a:

  • free 30 day trial of an Eligible MYOB Product; followed by

  • 50% discount on the standard full price advertised on MYOB’s website for the base subscription of the Eligible MYOB Product for a period of 11 months (the Discount Period).

4. How to accept the Offer:

An Eligible Customer can accept this Offer during the Offer Period by:

  • signing up for a subscription to an Eligible MYOB Product via the Offer landing page; and

  • providing any information reasonably requested by MYOB.

5. Conditions and Limitations on the Offer

(a) This Offer only applies to a base subscription of an Eligible MYOB Product. Use of Premium Features(like Payroll, Premium Inventory or Online Invoice Payments) may attract additional fees or charges, and be subject to additional terms and conditions. For example, these additional fees and chargesandterms and conditionsapply to the use of Online Invoice Payments.

(b) This Offer is not transferable or available in conjunction with any other offer.

(c) This Offer, and any use of the Eligible MYOB Product, remains subject to the relevant product terms of use.

(d) If an Eligible Customer makes an approved change to their subscription before the end of the Bonus Period (for example, if they switch from an MYOB Business Lite subscription to an MYOB Business Pro subscription or vice versa), the Offer will continue to apply for the remainder of the Bonus Period.

What happens at the end of the Bonus Period?

At the end of the Bonus Period, the cost of the base subscription for the Eligible MYOB Product will automatically revert to the then-current standard full price advertised on our website.

General

We may vary or discontinue the Offer at any time. We will still honour the Offer if it has been accepted by an Eligible Customer prior to the Offer being discontinued.

8. The Offer does not replace or limit the statutory rights an Eligible Customer has, including any rights they have under applicable consumer laws.

9. If an Eligible Customer accepts this Offer on an unsolicited sales call, the Offer is subject to a 10-calendar day cooling-off period. If an Eligible Customer changes their mind during the cooling off period and decides not to accept the Offer, they will not incur any penalties and any money they have paid to us for the Eligible MYOB Product as a result of accepting the Offer will be refunded.

10. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws in force in the state of Victoria, Australia. The parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the state of Victoria, Australia.

11. MYOB values your privacy. We may collect and use information about you and for the purpose of administering this Offer. Please visit our Privacy Policy for more information about how we collect, use and disclose personal information.

Definitions

Eligible MYOB Product means:

MYOB Business Pro; or

MYOB Business Lite.

Lawpath Customer means a business in Australia that is a customer of Lawpath Operations Pty Ltd (ABN 74 163 055 954).

New or Returning MYOB Customer means a business in Australia that has:

not previously had, and does not currently have, a paid MYOB subscription; or

previously trialled or paid for an MYOB subscription but has not been an MYOB customer for at least 30 days prior to the date of taking up the Offer.

Offer means this offer, which is subject to these terms and conditions.

We, us, our or MYOB means MYOB Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 13 086 760 198) of Level 3, 168 Cremorne Street, Cremorne, Victoria 3121.
