It’s that special (busy!) time of year for all of us, and MYOB is once again offering extended support hours for users of Accountants Office and Accountants Enterprise. We’ll be there to help keep your workflow free from obstacles!
From Monday 27 June through to Friday 12 August, our telephone support teams’ normal hours of operation will be extended to cover 8.30am to 7.00pm (AEST).
We’ll also be available on selected Saturdays (25 June, 2 and 9 July) from 10.00am to 3.00pm. Just ring us at the usual number, 1300 555 666.
Don’t forget that our Knowledge Base is available 24/7 and our EOFY hub page links to a wealth of helpful videos and articles which may get you your answers even faster than a phone call! And of course, the MYOB Client Forums are always there to connect you with your peers in the industry as well as MYOB product specialists.
For your clients using our SME Solutions, their hours of operation will remain unchanged. Support is available 6.30am to 9.00pm Monday to Thursday, 6.30am to 8.00pm Fridays, and 9.00am to 5.00pm on weekends. Partners can receive support from 6.30am to 7.00pm Monday to Friday. (All times are AEST)
