How much does MYOB CRM cost?


Far less than other options. MYOB CRM costs AUD $65 per user per month for an annual subscription. Alternatively, it’s AUD $85 per user, per month. 

To ensure you get the most out of MYOB CRM, onboarding and assisted set up is mandatory, at a once-off fee of AUD $600 + GST. Access to online training videos and guides is free. Integrations with other systems are also free.

Do I still need an accounting system?


MYOB CRM isn't a replacement for accounting software, instead, it integrates with existing accounting software including MYOB and Xero. Our software allows businesses to view real-time accounting information within the MYOB CRM (customer relationship management) platform.

Which MYOB Accounting Software versions does MYOB CRM work with?


MYOB CRM integrates with a range of MYOB accounting packages, including MYOB Essentials, MYOB Business Lite and Pro, AccountRight Plus and Premier.

Do you support other accounting software?


Yes. MYOB CRM integrates with Xero, as well as MYOB Business.

Is my data stored in Australia?


Yes. MYOB CRM data is hosted in Australia, within world-class Microsoft Azure Data Centres that are certified to ISO Standards. They’re the same data centres that host MYOB.

Does MYOB CRM look after inventory?


Yes, MYOB CRM is ideal for businesses that sell goods and need to manage stock levels, as well as custom and/or work-to-order manufacturers. Batch tracking and serial number tracking provide traceability for products throughout the entire sales process. Product management tools let you create, manage, track and sell your stock efficiently and effectively. Bill of materials and work orders simplify production planning and maintain supply and demand levels.
