What is e-invoicing?
e-invoicing is coming to Australia and New Zealand. It is a new way to send invoices – that aims to reduce costs and improve payment times by sending e-invoices directly into your customer's financial system. At MYOB we are working with top e-invoicing technology providers to get you ready to send e-invoices, directly from your MYOB software.
Is e-invoicing for you?
There are some important things to know about e-invoicing:
- e-invoicing requires both the seller and buyer to be part of the PEPPOL network. You can view the PEPPOL directory here.
- Stage one of e-invoicing for MYOB will be the sending of an e-invoice to your buyer.
- e-invoicing will be mandated for all Commonwealth agencies by 1 July 2022.
