What is a CRM?
A CRM is also known as a Customer Relationship Management platform. CRMs bring together all of your business activities and provide a complete view of your customer interactions. They also help you manage data you can share with other CRM users in your business. CRM systems are ideal in situations where companies have either lots of customers, products or services.
How much does Tall Emu cost?
Far less than other options. Tall Emu CRM costs AUD $65 per user per month for an annual subscription. Alternatively, it’s AUD $85 per user, per month. Set up and online training is free. Integrations with other systems are also free.
Do I still need an accounting system?
Tall Emu CRM isn't a replacement for accounting software, instead, it integrates with existing accounting software including MYOB and Xero. Our software allows businesses to view real-time accounting information within Tall Emu’s CRM (customer relationship management) platform.
Which MYOB Accounting Software versions does Tall Emu work with?
Tall Emu CRM integrates with a range of MYOB accounting packages, including MYOB Essentials, MYOB Business Lite and Pro, AccountRight Plus and Premier.
Do you support other accounting software?
Yes. Tall Emu CRM integrates with Xero, as well as MYOB Business.
Is my data stored in Australia?
Yes. Tall Emu data is hosted in Australia, within world-class Microsoft Azure Data Centres that are certified to ISO Standards. They’re the same data centres that host MYOB.
Does Tall Emu look after inventory?
Yes, Tall Emu is ideal for businesses that sell goods and need to manage stock levels, as well as custom and/or work-to-order manufacturers. Batch tracking and serial number tracking provide traceability for products throughout the entire sales process. Product management tools let you create, manage, track and sell your stock efficiently and effectively. Bill of materials and work orders simplify production planning and maintain supply and demand levels.

How much does support cost?
Support is free of charge. Additionally, Tall Emu offers on-demand training videos, which are also free of charge. Please note that unique custom development and company-specific training may incur an additional fee.
Is Tall Emu owned by MYOB?
Yes. MYOB acquired Tall Emu in February 2022. Before this, Tall Emu had been developing software and technological process solutions for over 20 years from its Sydney headquarters.
