A. OFFER DETAILS

1.     Who is eligible for the Offer? The offer is strictly limited to Australian and New Zealand businesses that, at the time they accept the offer are not currently an MYOB Customer (and haven’t been for at least 3 months).

2.     When is the Offer available? The Offer is available from 12.01am (NZDT) on 25 November 2022 until 11.59pm (NZDT) on 30 November 2022 (“Offer Period”). We reserve the right to vary or discontinue the Offer at any time. We will still honour the Offer if you’ve accepted prior to it being discontinued.

3.     How do you accept the Offer? To accept the Offer, you must during the Offer Period, purchase an Eligible Product subscription online via MYOB’s website. 

4.     What’s included in the Offer? 70% discount on the standard monthly base subscription fees for any Eligible Product for the Discounted Period.

5.     What’s not included in the Offer? This Offer does not apply to MYOB Business Payroll Only or Premium Features. By accepting this Offer, you agree to pay any additional fees or charges during your Discounted Period.

6.     What are the conditions on the Offer?

• This Offer is not available in conjunction with any other offer. You can use the best offer available to you at a single point in time, but not a combination of offers at any point in time.
• This Offer is not available as part of the MYOB Partner Program. MYOB Partner Program wholesale or commission rates do not apply.
• This Offer is not transferable and not refundable.

7.     What happens at the end of the discounted subscription period?  At the end of the Discounted Period, the cost of your Eligible Product subscription(s) will automatically revert to RRP.  For up-to-date information on pricing, see our pricing webpages (NZ). By providing us your credit or debit card details and agreeing to our Direct Debit Terms and Conditions, you acknowledge that the subscription automatically renews on a monthly basis and you authorise us to debit your credit or debit card the RRP price at the end of the Discounted Period.

B. GENERAL

1.     We reserve the right to rescind any discounts provided to you under the Offer if:

a.     you don’t comply with our Product Terms of Use or these Offer Terms; or

b.     in our opinion you are trying to obtain benefits from the Offer that you’re not reasonably entitled to.

2.     We reserve the right to discontinue the Offer at any time.  We will still honour the Offer if you’ve accepted prior to it being discontinued.

3.     The Offer does not replace or limit your statutory rights, including your rights under applicable consumer laws.

4.     We may collect and use information about you and for the purpose of administering the Offer.  Please visit our Privacy Policy (NZ) for more information on how we collect, use and disclose your personal information.

C. DEFINITIONS

In these terms and conditions:

Discounted Period means the 3-month period commencing on the day that this Offer is accepted by you.

Eligible Product means MYOB Business Lite and MYOB Business Pro.

MYOB Customer means a user of an MYOB product, including but not limited to MYOB Essentials, MYOB AccountRight, MYOB AccountEdge, MYOB businesSUPPORT, MYOB BankLink, MYOB Ace Payroll, MYOB IMS Payroll and MYOB Enterprise Solutions ERP.

Offer means this Black Friday & Cyber Monday Offer: MYOB Business Lite and Pro 70% Off base subscription for 3 months (new MYOB customers)

Offer Terms means these terms and conditions.

You, your, yours means the customer that is accepting the Offer.

Subscription means a subscription for an Eligible Product.
