1. Enrolment Requirements: Bookings will only be confirmed upon receipt of full payment of the course fee unless credit terms have been agreed in which case payment is required on invoice. A confirmation letter and tax invoice will be provided once booking is confirmed by MYOB. Please contact MYOB if you do not receive this within 2 working days of making payment.

  2. Refunds for Classroom Training/Seminars/Workshops/Webinars: Full refunds are only given if notification of the cancellation of the enrolment is received 5 full working days prior to course commencement.
    Notification of cancellation received within 5 working days will result in a credit being created for that client, to be used on any MYOB product or service (unless booking is on account in which case the invoice will be credited.)
    Notification of cancellation received between 4 and 1 working days prior to the course/event will receive a credit less a $50 administration fee.
    No refund or credit will be given if the participant does not attend the course/event without notification in advance.

  3. Transfers for Classroom Training/Seminars/Workshops/Webinars: Transfers between courses can be arranged if notification is received 5 full working days before the commencement of the course from which you wish to transfer.
    Transfers requested less than 5 full working days before the commencement of the course/event will incur a $50 administration fee.
    No transfer will be allowed if the participant does not attend the course/event without giving notification in advance.

  4. Cancellation of Course by MYOB: MYOB reserves the right to cancel in its sole discretion any particular course or event. In the event that a specific course is cancelled then participants enrolled in that course will be transferred to the next available course and notified by MYOB of the change. MYOB assumes no responsibility for non-refundable airline tickets or other expenses incurred due to course cancellations. In the event that MYOB cancels scheduled training and you do not wish to be transferred to another course, you will be provided with a full refund of fees upon request.

  5. Copyright: All MYOB course material is protected by copyright and is not able to be copied or utilised by you or any other party without permission from MYOB. This applies to the complete course materials or any part of them.

  6. Preparation for the course: It is important that you fully satisfy any specified prerequisites. There will not be sufficient time to cover assumed knowledge during the course.

  7. Substitutions: Request to transfer an enrolment to another person must be notified to MYOB Training and acknowledged by MYOB prior to the commencement of the course.

  8. Course prices: Prices will be quoted excluding GST and confirmed at the time of booking.

  9. Discounts: Any promotional or other discounts on course fees may only be claimed at the time a booking is made. MYOB reserves the right to disallow any discounts that a client is found to be ineligible for, and charge the original price. Multiple discounts may not be applied to the same transaction.
