Powerco HRIS Implementation

Objective: Implementation of PayGlobal HRIS system to improve accuracy of payroll, reduce processing time and costs and provide a user-friendly, self-service portal to the entire business.

Outcome: Objectives met within budget and on time for an extremely satisfied client. Processing time reduced from two weeks to two days.

Sky Television Performance Review Implementation

Objective: Provide an easy-to-use, interactive solution to the entire business to manage performance reviews, while allowing centralised reporting and means of control.

Outcome: Objectives met on time and within budget.

Simpson Grierson CPD implementation

Objective: Use the existing PayGlobal platform to provide users with the ability to capture CPD requirements as per new legislation requirements.

Outcome: Built a cost effective solution meeting all the client’s requirements in an easy-to-use manner.

Qualifications

  • BSc with specialization in IT Management, majoring in Information systems (University of South Africa)
  • IT Engineering Diploma (Computer Training Institute – CompTIA Compliant, University of Cambridge approved)
