Major Projects
Vodafone – Telstra Clear HRIS Integration Implementation
Objective: Integration to move Telstra Clear payroll onto existing Vodafone HRIS PayGlobal platform without any loss and downtime of existing payroll functionality & processes. This involved a gap analysis process review between the existing PayGlobal Vodafone payroll framework and Telstra Clear’s corporate & organisational requirements.
Outcome: Objectives met on time and within budget.
BlueStar Group Payroll & TA Implementation
Objective: Provide a Payroll/TA solution to integrate multiple internal businesses within one database solution. This was initiated in order to gain economies of scale, provide centralised processing & reporting and reduce processing time and costs.
Outcome: Objectives met on time and within budget.
Foodstuffs Group Payroll & TA & Implementation
Objective: Implement a standardised and integrated labour management HRIS solution to; reduce labour management costs across the group; gain scale efficiencies in labour management; simplify and improve employee administration processes; provide cross-store benchmarking and sharing of labour management information and processes. The initial phase involved two-to-four pilot stores to provide a business case on the value this project could add to future site rollouts.
Outcome: Objectives met on time and within budget, with the successful future rollout of all stores and head office payrolls.
