M-Powered Services - Change Accounts
How do I change my account?
To verify which financial institute you are with and to provide the correct form to complete, please contact the M-Powered Service Team by phone on 1300 555 931 Option 4 as there are preliminary questions to be answered. This way we can verify the details you wish to change and provide you the correct forms for completion.
Please note, if you are changing your account due to a change in legal entity/ABN change, you will not be able to do this at this time. As of 1 September 2018, M-Powered services have stopped accepting new merchants and changing your legal entity/ABN would require applying for a new merchant facility.
Will I get charged for changing my accounts?
Changing your M-Powered Services bank account/s are subject to a Bank Account Amendment fee of $20 (excluding your M-Powered Services Fee account). This fee will only be charged once if the same bank account is being updated for multiple services.
How long will it take to change my accounts?
The time it takes for your change of account request to be completed will depend on the service being changed and whether or not application forms need to be submitted to the bank. Please contact the M-Powered Services Team by phone on 1300 555 931 to clarify the expected turnaround time of your request.
