June 2018 EOFY Offer - 25% off Essentials & AccountRight subscriptions for 18 months

In these terms and conditions:

We, us, our means MYOB Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 13 086 760 198) (if you are in Australia) or MYOB NZ Limited (if you are in New Zealand).

Offer means our June 2018 EOFY Offer - 25% off Essentials & AccountRight subscriptions for 18 months offer, which is offered to you under the Offer Terms.

Offer Period runs 11 June 2018 until 11:59pm (AEST/NZST) on 30 June 2018, unless otherwise varied by us.

Offer Terms means these terms and conditions.

You, your, yours means the business that is accepting the Offer.  This can include, but is not limited to, sole traders, partnerships, companies and trusts.

$ means A$ if based in Australia or NZ$ if you are based in New Zealand.



1.     The Offer is strictly limited to new customers for subscriptions purchased directly through our customer service centre.  Current MYOB customers are not eligible for this Offer.

2.     The Offer is only available during the Offer Period.  To accept the Offer, you must contact MYOB Customer Service by phone on 1300 793 130 for AU and by phone on 0800 60 69 62.

3.     The Offer provides a 25% discount on the monthly subscription of any new subscriptions for Essentials or AccountRight for the period up to 31 December 2019.

4.     By accepting this Offer you are committing to waive any entitlement to free days of software use.  For example free 30 day trial will be void at the point this Offer is accepted.  

5.     After 31st December 2019, the monthly subscription will revert back to RRP.

6.     This offer it not available in conjunction with any other offer.



1.     We reserve the right to rescind any discounts provided to you under the Offer if:

a.     you don’t comply with our Product Terms of Use or these Offer Terms; or

b.     in our opinion you are trying to obtain benefits from the Offer that you’re not reasonably entitled to.

2.     We reserve the right to discontinue the Offer at any time.  We will still honour the Offer if you’ve accepted prior to it being discontinued.

3.     The Offer does not replace or limit your statutory rights, including your rights under applicable consumer laws.
