These Event Terms and Conditions (Terms) govern your purchase of tickets for, and attendance at the Event. Please read them carefully before purchasing a booking to this event. By making a booking, you agree to be bound by these Terms. We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time, and will provide the most recent version on our website.

1. Event Booking and Ticket Purchase.

1.1 Ticket prices are available on our website.

1.2 Ticket prices are subject to change without notice and will be confirmed at the time of booking, prior to payment being processed.

1.3 Partner Program Member access to the MYOB 2022 AU Tax Seminar Referral Offer (Offer) can be claimed through your Sales Specialist at the time of booking. The Offer cannot be applied retrospectively to tickets already purchased.  

1.4 Multiple discounts and offers cannot be applied to the same Event booking transaction.

1.5 Bookings will only be confirmed upon receipt of full payment or acceptance of the Offer.

1.6 Bookings paid by credit card or debit card will receive a booking confirmation, tax invoice and receipt as soon as the payment is processed. 

1.7 Please contact events@myob.com if you have not received your booking confirmation within one day of submitting registration.

2. Refunds, Credits and Transfers.

2.1 All ticket sales are final. Refunds will only be offered if you cancel prior to the Event. Refunds will be applied to the same payment method used to purchase the ticket.  

2.2 Tickets can be transferred from one person to another within the same accounting practice.

2.3 All cancellation or transfer requests must be sent to events@myob.com.

3. Event Cancellations.

3.1. We reserve the right to cancel, reschedule or relocate the Event for any reason.

3.2. If an Event is postponed, we will issue you with a credit or transfer. If you cannot or do not wish to attend the rescheduled event, refund requests must be sent to events@myob.com.

3.3. If an Event is cancelled MYOB will process refunds within 30 days of the Event date. Unless required by law (including the Australian Consumer Law), MYOB assumes no responsibility for any expenses incurred due to cancellation or rescheduling of the Event.

4. Privacy.

We may collect and use information about you and for the purpose of this transaction and hosting the Event. In these Terms:

• We, us, our means MYOB Australia Pty Ltd ACN 086 760 198.
• Partner Program Member means the Partner, Certified Consultant, Bookkeeper, POS or Connected Account Programs who is registered to the MYOB Partner Program.
• You, your, yours means the original purchaser and, if a booking is transferred, any subsequent ticketholders.
• Event means the MYOB 2022 AU Tax Seminar, provided by MYOB.
