New system implementation

An Online Education provider (300 plus employees) was amongst the first client to purchase a newly designed payroll product for Australian market. Key Responsibilities – Project Management, Solution Design, end to end Implementation, Deliver Client Training and Documentation.

Database split

A renowned Australian logistics business required database/payroll split to be backdated for respective ABN’s. The project was completed within stipulated timeframe and budget to ensure compliance dates were met for both entities involved.

Multiple sites/vendors migration

Australian recreation business with multiple sites ( 1000 employees) using multiple payroll vendors required a consolidation of all sites into one payroll system. Key Responsibilities – Project Management, Systems Integration Planning, end to end Implementation, Deliver Client Training and Documentation.

Cross-Tasman implementations
