Craig has worked with PayGlobal (now MYOB PayGlobal) since 2001 and has spent over 14 years in the solutions industries. He has been a Solution Manager since 2010 and was recognised by his employer as Australian Employee of the Year in 2011.

Craig is accountable for quality assurance, ensuring that solutions are designed to meet specifications and that all consultants’ work delivered is of the highest quality. Working closely with clients and professional services teams, Craig is determined that each milestone of any project will be confidently signed off both as accurate and as agreed. Thereafter, he provides expert advice, leadership and the final PayGlobal design approval (and any modifications) to ensure the most appropriate solution is delivered.
