This feature is currently only available to Sole Traders. If you are not a Sole Trader or an Australian Private Company hold tight – we’ll be expanding very shortly to support other business entities.
Click on 'Get started' below. Enter the ABN and business details for the business you are onboarding.
Download the MYOB Secure app, which will be used whenever you log in and to secure your payments.
Provide a few details to help us verify the identity of the business owner.
Opt-in to MYOB Rewards and enter the details of the card(s) that will be used to make payments.
Should your application be approved, you'll be able to make payments anytime by clicking on “Prepare electronic payments” in AccountRight.
Fees and charges
Just a simple transaction fee, billed in accordance with your chosen billing cycle.
0.1% of the total payment value, including GST (Mastercard only)
1.5% of the total payment value, including GST (Visa, Mastercard)
Each payment incurs a transaction fee - 0.1% for Mastercard debit card payments (including GST) and 1.5% for Visa and Mastercard credit card payments (including GST) - which will be charged in accordance with your billing cycle. It can take up to 2 business days for the funds to be delivered to their recipients.
Before you start your application, be sure to have the following:
- An AccountRight Live subscription.
- The Australian Business Number (ABN) for the business you want to onboard.
- Details for the business owner’s driver’s license, passport or other identity document.
- If you're onboarding an Australian Private Company, you'll also need details for the identity documents of all Ultimate Beneficial Owners (e.g. people who own more than 25% of the business) and at least one Director.
- Details for the card(s) that will be used to make payments.
