Your dashboard is an easy-to-read view of how your business is performing. It’s arranged into several sections:

In this section you’ll find a comprehensive, up-to-date view of the month’s sales. It lets you know how much you’ve made so far and shows you which customers you have to follow-up for payment. It also shows your growth from the same time in the previous year.

Here you’ll find a real-time view of the month’s purchases. See how much you’ve spent for the month, how much you owe and details of the most overdue bills for your attention. You also get a comparison to last year’s performance.

How your business is tracking
Here you’ll find a financial snapshot, which lets you visualise your business’ performance over the year.

Manage your day-to-day
Here you have your balances listed for bank and credit card accounts. Keep an eye on this section as it’ll tell you how many transactions you need to categorise.

We’ve optimised your MYOB mobile experience to ensure you’re able to manage your business from any internet-connected device.

User roles and permissions

There’s now flexible user access management to control what users can access and enter. ‘Admin’ users are able to set user permissions through the ‘Users’ section.

Sales and purchases

Electronically pay suppliers in bulk directly into their bank accounts and send remittance advices to let suppliers know you’ve paid.

Job Tracking

Quickly tag income and expenses to a job/cost centre/project location so you have visibility into how specific activities or areas of the business are performing.

You’re now able to create and share rosters, approve timesheets, track worksite locations and sync all information directly to your software through the new MYOB Team app*.

You can track and manage employee payroll, leave conditions (such as long-service leave, salary sacrifice, RDO’s, leave loading, time-in-lieu, etc) and set up standard pays for each employee.

Super contributions can be paid and reported directly in your MYOB.

*MYOB Team app not available on Essentials Payroll (payroll for 1-4 employees only) product.
