To access these features, you need to be on the latest version of AccountRight (2018.3), your company file needs to be online and set up for online invoicing. Online invoicing lets you send emails directly from your AccountRight. Learn more about the benefits of online invoicing.

Automatic Invoice Reminders

Save time chasing late payments. You can now automatically send email reminders to your customers to pay their invoices.

Your customers will receive a reminder:

  • 3 days before the invoice is due
  • 1 day after the due date
  • 1 fortnight after the due date

Plus you can control which customers you send reminders to.


Turn on invoice reminders*:

  1. Navigate to the Setup menu, go to Preferences then select
    the Emailing tab.
  2. Select Send Emails Using AccountRight and complete the fields.
  3. Choose ‘Invoice Reminders’.
  4. Check the ‘Send invoice reminders’.

Invoice List

Invoice list shows your clients all your unpaid invoices, in one place. It shows them the due date, amount due, status and even links to payment options – to help you get paid faster.

Activate online invoicing to send invoices directly from your AccountRight. Your customers will then be able to click a link directly from their invoice to view their invoice list.

Turn on online invoicing:

  1. Navigate to the Setup menu, go to Preferences then select
    the Emailing tab.
  2. Select Send Emails Using AccountRight and complete the fields.

Unlock more value with online invoicing

Turn on online invoicing to send emails directly from AccountRight.

Sending emails from AccountRight allows you to:

  • Track all activity on your invoice
  • Add invoice reminders
  • Enable clients to view invoice list
  • Add online payment options for your customers

How to set up online invoicing

  1. Navigate to the Setup menu, go to Preferences then select
