Getting the right support at the right time is important!

At MYOB we offer a range of options to suit you and your business;

  1. Self service via our online Help centre and the My Account option in MYOB itself
  2. Ask MOCA, our virtual assistant. If MOCA can’t help you will be guided to Live chat
    Note: Our video shows Live chat, however use MOCA with the ‘purple chat bubble’ to initiate Live Chat.
  3. Raising a digital support case.

In this byte we show you where and how these support options can work, in case you need them.

Certain functions in the My Account menu are restricted to the Primary or billing account holder.
