What does a small business owner do for their Christmas Party?
Many of those in small business have made the transition from the corporate world with plenty of staff and a large budget to a solo set-up that is lacking that end of year punch, a Christmas Party!
Those that can remember their first Christmas party as a business owner tell tales of too many cocktails, not enough sleep, attempts to join other business’ Christmas Parties, the accounts books open and smudged the next day, drunken photos and some inappropriate bottom photocopying. While this self-discovery may be enlightening, it’s also terribly boring (unless of course, you’re watching someone else do it on YouTube).
With Christmas less than 2 months away, never fear – this no longer needs to happen to YOU!
Jolly Solo is a Christmas Party designed for solo and micro business owners who are too small to have their own Christmas Party – businesses owners that miss out!
The hosts – Leah Klugt from The Golden Goose Design Studio, and Janna Fikh from Fletcher Tax Accountants – both also struggled with the idea of doing a solo Christmas Party for another year, and so Jolly Solo was born – the perfect opportunity to mingle, let your hair down and celebrate the end of 2011 in style!
It’s a fantastic night of relaxed networking, fun, entertainment, music and an all round great night out. Leah and Janna do all the preparation; all you have to do is turn up.
In 2010, Jolly Solo attendees even had their worlds rocked by a sexy Santa (who can be seen in our online gallery – http://www.jollysolo.com.au/gallery)! There were bonbons; there were prizes, fantastic food, great music and awards, inspiring speakers, fun photos and great connections made.
The Early Bird ticketing has ended, but as a special present to The Pulse readers, the lovely Jolly Solo people are offering ten fast party goers another crack at the bonbon. All you need to do is use the code “PULSE” at the checkout when purchasing your ticket.
Come and celebrate your business successes with other like-minded small business owners. Don’t spend one more night alone with the photocopier!
