MYOB claims top spot in Canstar Blue's customer satisfaction ratings for business accounting software

Leading technology company MYOB has taken out the top spot in Canstar Blue’s 2019 customer satisfaction ratings for its business accounting software, receiving five-star ratings for ease of use, reporting, ease of integration and functionality.

The fastest growing cloud-accounting business in Australia and New Zealand is likely to pass 1 million online subscriptions earlier than anticipated in 2020, with stronger than expected growth driven in part by the introduction of its Single Touch Payroll solutions.

Canstar Blue, Australia’s most trusted consumer review and comparison site, surveys hundreds of small business owners each year, asking them to review and rate different accounting software.

The research from Canstar also found:

-        91% of respondents said their accounting software makes their business operations like BAS, payroll and stock control easier to run

-        46% said before they purchased accounting software their business made mistakes when dealing with money

-        69% of respondents say their accounting software contributes to their business growth

-        68% of respondents said their accountant recommended their software
