MYOB commences trading on the ASX

MYOB Group Limited (MYOB) today commenced trading of its fully paid ordinary shares (shares) on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) at approximately 12.00pm AEST.  At close of market the shares were trading at a price of $AU3.89

The listing follows the successful initial public offering of MYOB which raised proceeds of A$832m from retail and institutional investors. 

Bain Capital remains the majority owner of MYOB, holding approximately 57 per cent of the total issued capital of the company, while MYOB management hold approximately 3 per cent of shares on issue.
