Hate MYOB Business
The 'New Look MYOB Business" AKA copy of QBO and all the Woke renaming of things is just not good. Trying to cater for more end users and making life harder for everybody else. There are accounting industry terms that are used all over the world so I don't see why the names must be changed. Simplifying Menus are a good thing but when the names have changed, and deeper dives are needed to get where you need to be is silly. Just peeved with MYOB today after the outage and the constant "MYOB needs to close or restart" BS on AR desktop. Now that QBO side menus were copied maybe a look at QBO for my clients is in order, not to mention the big price difference.

Unable to access MYOB invoices for Additional File. Plus unable to quickly and efficiently advise MYOB operations that it is down. Sums up the increase in fees charged by MYOB each month!!! CLOUD FILE DELETED BUT STILL BEING CHARGED
As you can see Cloud File was taken down but have noticed that we are still being charged 3rd April $141 and same again on 6th May. Could you please organise a refund for this payment as we should not be being charged. Since you were able to request the removal of the file from cloud more than 10 days before month end, you will no longer will be charged moving forward. Attach documents to order
Hi, It would be great if you could attach documents to quotes & orders in the purchase command. Many times I receive an invoice or proforma invoice to an order placed and wait until the goods arrive before converting the purchase request to a bill. Currently, the invoice sits in the intray with all other receipts & invoices and can be time consuming to find the appropriate invoice attachment after converting the order to a bill.
tax returns not lodging
I have tax returns stuck in transmitting and they are not showing as lodged and coming up with the error - Bad Request payload issue contact support. I have been on hold for over an hour with MYOB, the customer service is poor. This is ridiculous im feeling like its time for a change of software provider. I called this morning at 9:03am they opne at 9am and the wait time was 4 hours. Thats insane. Not happy.Activity statement auto-creation
"If you have clients who lodge their own activity statements, you can remove the statements lodged by your client from your outstanding list of obligations." What happens if we don't? I've just been told that (unlike with the activity statement obligations list in AO), having an activity statement on our list to be lodged in MYOB Practice means the client won't receive it. I don't doubt the person who told me, as they attended MYOB training, but I can't find confirmation. Grateful for any help!
